Should you need to take a break from gaming, we offer a few options:
Standard Closure: You can request to close your account and should you wish to re-open it, you can simply contact us and make the request to our support team here.
Self-Exclusion: This is where you can take a break from gambling for a minimum period of 12 months. This means your account cannot and will not be opened under any circumstances until a request is made after the exclusion period expires. You can manage your play here.
Permanent Self-Exclusion: This is a permanent closure, meaning that reactivating will not be possible at any time at the time of the exclusion, or ever. You can manage your play here.
New Jersey customers: Please click here to self-exclude.
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania customers: Please visit the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board's website to request a self-exclusion. Upon visiting the PGCB's website, please click on the "Register" button to begin enrollment in the self-exclusion program.
Indiana customers: You can opt to self-exclude from FanDuel Sportsbook via our site.
You can also choose to restrict yourself state-wide from all mobile play via IGC’s Internet Self-Restriction Program, or from both all mobile AND retail play via IGC’s Voluntary Exclusion Program.
